feel the burn!
30 06 2009I love the feeling after a good ab workout. All it takes is one night to get started on cardio & strength training before you get hooked and always LOVE that burning feeling… okay maybe not “always” love it but it gets your blood flowing all over & you just feel thinner.
Whats your favorite ab workout at home? Also did you know that grapefruit is a great snack and helps lose belly fat! Please share any other facts you know too









I love the burn! It makes you feel alive doesn’t it? My favorite at home ab workout is either the stability ball jackknife or the plank.
