I love the feeling after a good ab workout. All it takes is one night to get started on cardio & strength training before you get hooked and always LOVE that burning feeling… okay maybe not “always” love it but it gets your blood flowing all over & you just feel thinner.

Whats your favorite ab workout at home? Also did you know that grapefruit is a great snack and helps lose belly fat! Please share any other facts you know too

So I know this is a little late since it was posted on The No-Look Pass blog BUT I just wanted to give out a extra thanks to these wonderful sports bloggers! hello my loverfaces

I just got back from Memphis on a business trip was a busy three long days for me… but I’m back and relaxing at home. Im going to be busy for the next a couple weeks with magazine work and getting ready for the holidays. Don’t worry I will be updating my day to day life on Twitter with random pictures, quotes and of course silly thoughts of mine.

I have been thinking for a long time and doing lots of research on clothing design & make up and i feel that i have more to give than just graphic design. i know it takes a lot to call yourself these things so im going to start doing sketches of the random clothing designs i think of & start working with models and make-up… im still young and know if i research and practice enough this could be a big change for me
